Product Description
Often called Durban Red due to being red and hot, this curry begins with a base of onion, oil and tomato, freshly ground garlic and ginger, then mix in curry powder, any fresh ingredients and lamb, chicken or vegetables, add water or chicken stock to roux for consistency, then slow cook.
Ingredients: Chilli, Peppers, Coriander,Cumin, Paprika, Fenugreek, Mustard Seed, Garlic, Cardamom,Fennel Seed, Ginger, Cinnamon, Turmeric.
