A spice mixture or blend used in Arab cuisine, throughout the Middle East, as well as in Turkish and Farsi Cuisine. Often used to flavour soups and stews with vegetables, as a dry rub for lamb, and in marinades.
Ingredients: Cumin, Paprika, Pepper, Coriander, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Sumac, Cloves, Allspice, Mint, Saffron.
