Product Description
From Armenian origins this spice has been used as the water based paste for cold curing fish and pressed meats, and also as a meat rub or yoghurt based marinade for chicken legs. Recipes and spelling vary from region to region but easily identified in casseroles due to their unmistakable flavour.
