Commonly used in Asian or Indian cuisines it nevertheless has no definitive recipe. Usually added towards the end of cooking it imparts wonderful aromas to chicken, most meats and vegetable dishes. Can be used dry or made into a paste.
Ingredients – Cinnamon, Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Nutmeg, Peppers, Cloves, Cardamom, Chilli, Ginger, Fennel Seeds, Mustard Seed, Anise.
