Product Description
A lightly spiced drink packed with anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. Dissolve 3 tsps with 1/2 cup of boiling water. Add to 1-2 cups cold milk (coconut, almond or dairy) and shake, or stir warm milk in a heated saucepan for several minutes. Pass either style through a fine sieve to strain, and serve either with ice cubes, as part of a banana smoothie, or warm in a mug.
