A NZ version of the famous Montreal Steak Spice Rub, and definitely one for the meat lover. Particularly good on steak but suits most cuts. Rub coarse spice into meat before cooking and/or after your meat is plated. Pepper drives this spice and so any dish that calls for seasoning with a kick could benefit including roast potatoes. Mix with 1/2 cup soy sauce and 1/2 cup of olive oil and you have a multi-purpose marinade.
Ingredients – Peppers, Chilli, Paprika, Oregano, Garlic, Onion, Coriander, Salt, Cumin, Wattle Seed, Mustard Seed, Caraway Seed.
