Use directly, or within teabags, in a spouted saucepan with 2/3 cup full cream milk and 1/3 cup of water. Apply gentle heat until small bubbles appear around the perimeter of the milk. Stir the Chai to avoid scalding the milk. When the milk just boils, turn off the heat and stir well then repeat. Strain carefully.
