Used in Chilean cuisine as a replacement for hot fresh chilli. Special refers to the additional elements used in conjuncture with the smokey chilli. Perfect for seasoning dishes such as lentils, potatoes, and sauteed vegetables, as a dry rub for tuna, lamb, pork, or duck, or used in very spicy stews where a lot of heat is preferred.
Ingredients: Chilli, Chipotle Citrus salt, Coriander, Paprika, Oregano, Cumin, Wattle Seed, Cayenne Pepper, Bay Leaf, Garlic.
